The minutes record approval of bills for payment; the Treasurer's report; the presentation of an annexation ordinance for the property south of North Avenue to supersede the ordinance passed on February 9; acceptance of an offer by the Boys Baseball group to install drainage tiles at the softball diamond in South Park [Newton] if the PD would buy the materials; a report that raw sewage was seen in Lake Ellyn and a decision to insist that the Village do something about the drainage problem.
