This document is an article published in The Glen Ellyn News and The Glen Ellyan on January 14, 1927. The article reports that a subdivision is planned by W.H. Wright & Co, Realtors. Subsequently, an advertisement and article report that the subdivision will be named Wrightwood. Land from this subdivision was turned into a park, called Wrightwood Park, and then became the Ellynwood Nature Preserve.
