Description
This document is the first meeting minutes of the Board of Commissioners on November 3, 1919. The members were sworn in and lots drawn to determine the terms of office. A President and pro-tem Secretary were nominated and an attorney appointed. Meetings were fixed on the first Monday of each month.
The attorney was instructed to inquire about purchasing a tract of land adjacent to Lake Ellyn from C.E. Raymond.
