The minutes record approval of bills for payment; the Treasurer's report; a report on temporary repairs to the lake wall of the Boathouse and a decision to make permanent repairs in the spring; a decision to post signs offering a reward for information on vandalism in the parks; discussion on preliminary plans for an administrative building to replace the current Community House to be built in Memorial Park; a discussion of various maintenance needs at Sunset Pool; a request from residents in the southeast of the PD that the PD acquire land in that area for a park and the Board's suggestion that the residents look for land that could be donated to the PD; a complaint from the GE Yacht Club about obstructions in Lake Ellyn and the reply that dredging the lake has to be postponed; passage of an ordinance allowing GE Police on PD property;
