This document is the minutes of the Board of Commissioners meeting February 2, 1920. Topics discussed were: a motion to prepare bonds as outlined in the December 1, 1919 meeting; the completion of the loan for $200; a motion that the loan be increased to $300; a motion that the attorney make sure that the abstract and title to the PD property was free and clear and that if any property had been sold, condemnation proceedings were to be started to gain possession of the property.
The Secretary was instructed to send a letter to the HS Board to request a meeting to discuss what the HS expected of the PD Board, should the PD be allowed to use HS land; the letter is included in the minutes.
