This document is the minutes of the Board of Commissioners meeting on March 1, 1920. Topics discussed were: discussions with the HS Board on using Lake Ellyn for PD purposes; appointment of a General Superintendent of Parks; preparation of bonds for the Board; a motion to ask property owners of land adjacent to the park property to exercise authority over that land; formation of a committee to meet with the Village Board to ask them to vacate streets on the west side of Lake Ellyn; appointment of Mark Woods to be Superintendent of Parks.
