This document is minutes of a Board of Commissioners meeting on March 15, 1976. The minutes record approval of bills for payment; the Treasurer's report; a report from the Director of Parks and Recreation; a report from the Superintendent of Recreation; and a report from the Superintendent of Parks. A report on the Future Park Sites and Improvement Project included updates on Ackerman Park, the Goodrich Farm [Babcock Grove], the Bicentennial Playground, the Johnson Center, and Co-op Park. There were also reports on the Special Recreation District, the annexation of the Valley View Homeowners Association, and from the Recreation Commission. There was a discussion of the system for regulating the tennis courts. A proposal to reinstall a stone marker originally placed in 1927 for WWI veterans in Memorial Park was approved. There were discussions of the Tennis Association, Youth Football, and Boys' Baseball.
